BRIGHT brings together experts of theoretical, clinical and research backgrounds, with the objective of promoting transition of research into practical clinical programs as well as advising on potential breakthrough research areas.  

Beverly Cusick, PT, MS an internationally-known pediatric physical therapist whose specialty is the management of lower extremity deformity, particularly in children with cerebral palsy and other CNS deficits.

Suzann K. Campbell, PT, PhD Professor and Head of the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Illinois at Chicago

Leo Cohen, M.D., Senior Investigator, NINDS  interested in the mechanisms underlying plastic changes in the human central nervous system and in the development of novel therapeutic approaches for recovery of function based on the understanding of these mechanisms.

Diane Damiano, Ph.D. PT - Associate Professor of Neurology, Washington University, St. Louis, MO, Extensive understanding of gait analysis as well as the critical role of muscle strength in the recovery of function.
